Our Homes South, Inc. provide supported living services to persons in need of 24 hour support to meet social and behavioral needs. We also provide skill development and support services. Most of the persons served have a dual diagnosis of MR/MI, although we also serve individuals with developmental disabilities, mental illness or traumatic brain injury. These services are provided in regular residential homes and apartments in integrated environments that maximize participation in the home communities. Funding is provided by the MRDD, CADI and TBI waiver and each site is licensed for adult foster care. Services are provided in the cities of Faribault, Owatonna, Medford, Morristown and Waterville
