Premier Senior Care is by design not big business. Our theory is to keep our client base to a number where we will always be able to provide one on one p[personalized care. We are locally owned and operated as our own parent started aging and needed more specialized care giving programs. We found them to not to all be available within one company. We have designed our programs to fill in the gaps and be a complete full service company in senior care. Our care givers are mature and compassionate professionals. They are highly screened. They are all tested, must attend several extensive training programs including educational, be CPR certified, criminal background check, bonded and insured. We do not stop here. Our training is ongoing in all stages of senior care services. We have developed many programs of our own with a high standard to which all employees must meet before they are assigned to be a caregiver. We understand our business well.
