The Milwaukie Care Center offers a homelike environment that creates an atmosphere supportive of each resident's preferred lifestyle. We coordinate a range of supportive services available on a 24-hour basis to meet the activities of daily living, health, and social needs of the residents. Our staff treat residents with the respect and dignity they deserve as unique individuals. Residents have choices about the services they need, the meals they eat, and the activities they participate in. Located on a quiet residential street, the Milwaukie Care Center is a secure, licensed micro-community capable of housing 24 residents. We currently have several veterans living with us and it is an honor to have them as part of our community.
