Group Home for care of children who are medically fragile, developmentally delayed and present some behaviors. The children live at the home and attend local schools, therapy clinics and community activities. The first facility opened in 1993 and has been successful in transitioning children to adult care and returning them home with supports in place for a successful transition. Over the past 24 years, the needs of over 125 children have been served at BriTon House. We are an EOE for CNA's, caregivers and nurses.
