My Place is a licensed four bed Adult Family Home. We are located two miles south of Northfield WI. on West May Coulee Rd. We are a four bedroom, two bath ranch style home with a walk out basement, with a beautiful view of a large pond from the back deck. We have all the advantages of country living, while only being 2 miles from I94. Clients that we serve are mental health, ambulatory people. Are services that are included in our daily rate are, all meals, snacks, laundry, medication supervision, transp. to appts, activities, and bathing if needed. This is provided by our 24 hour staff. We also offer recreational services such as, bingo, movies, shopping, picnics, town daily, church, out for lunch, and we are always open for suggestions, and new ideas, as we understand everyone has
