We’re a non-profit organization that has been a part of the Wiregrass community since 1958. Our campus spans 26 acres and supports individuals with vocational barriers across more than 12 counties. We’re a mid-sized nonprofit with over 200 employees. Our mission is to expand employment opportunities for individuals with vocational barriers by partnering them with our Employment Specialists to secure suitable roles, on our campus or in the community. We offer a range of benefits to our employees, including paid vacation, paid sick leave, paid holidays, 401K match, life insurance, and transportation to and from work. We also offer competitive pay to our employees and must maintain an employment rate of at least 75% for direct labor positions. Across our campus, we have 15 different businesses, each offering a multitude of employment opportunities.
