All persons suffering from Substance Use Disorders have the right to be treated as individuals, with respect, and utilizing evidenced-based treatment methodologies and best practices. All persons engaged in Harmony’s treatment programs shall be involved in the development of their individual treatment plan with consideration for their strengths, needs, abilities and preferences. All services shall be provided in a safe, culturally sensitive and trauma informed manner. All staff, including direct care providers and support staff shall reflect the values of integrity, honesty, caring and respect for all clients and other stakeholders.
