My Baby My Way Foundation (MBMW) is a legally registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization founded in 2019 and headquartered in Palm Desert, California. MBMW advocates, educates, and empowers BIPOC women, girls, and families through AI, arts, media, and self-sufficiency training to advance birth equity and maternal health outcomes. The organization is an official CalAIM PATH TA Marketplace vendor, delivering Enhanced Care Management (ECM) and Community Health Worker (CHW) services to Medi-Cal recipients across Riverside County. MBMW operates multiple programs including the FAME Movement, FAME Institute, FAME House, and Girls Make Moves, providing workforce development, reproductive justice education, and community wellness services. Phoenix Rising Recovery Center is an addiction treatment facility in Palm Desert, California that's dedicated to helping clients rise above their past trauma and addictions into happier, healthier lives. Our goal is to help our clients gain insight and learn the necessary tools and skills to thrive without the use of substances. We also want to help them manage their co-occurring disorders and increase their quality of life.
