Volusia Recovery Alliance (VRA) is a nonprofit organization rooted in Volusia County, Florida, supporting substance use recovery through peer-driven services. Recognized as a 501(c)(3), VRA began with a vision supported by the AETNA Foundation and insights gathered from a 200-person community symposium. Through these discussions, we addressed challenges like peer support and system coordination, shaping our strategic plan. A partner of Floridians for Recovery, we are committed to creating resources that strengthen individuals and families on their recovery journey, fostering a community of hope, resilience, and opportunity for all.
