Illinois Valley Economic Development Corporation is a Community Action Agency (CAA) that serves the community by offering programs to assist low-income, disabled, elderly, and individuals and families towards education, employment and training, housing, energy, nutrition, developmental training, transportation, resource coordination, and other related needs.
