Our Parade is two Saturdays (10 days) before Fat Tuesday.

The Food Bank of Northwest Louisiana has a mission to serve as the primary resource for fighting hunger in Northwest Louisiana. The Food Bank is a member of Feeding America, the Nation's Food Bank Network, which is the largest hunger relief organization in the world.
The Food Bank of NW Louisiana is the largest distributor of donated food for our 7 parish area. We sort, warehouse and distribute food to over 100 partner agencies which then give it to people in need. Some partner agencies operate pantries, bagging up sacks of groceries for parents to take home to hungry families.

The Community Based, Mentoring Children of Prisoners Program matches children between the ages of 4 and up to 18 yrs who have a parent incarcerated in a state or federal correctional facility with a mentor. Mentoring services are provided at no charge to children.
