Hmong American Partnership (HAP) is a non-profit organization focused on moving the refugee and immigrant community towards social and financial prosperity. HAP was founded in 1990 to serve a growing Hmong community in Minnesota. We are rapidly expanding to address demand for services, and in the last 25 years we have grown to become the largest Hmong non-profit organization in the United States. We now offer programming across the nation. HAP is proud that the broader immigrant and refugee community has sought out services, and we serve approximately 7,000 clients annually and have the staff expertise to serve people from 18 nationalities. We have a unique service model designed by and for the community we serve. Our approach blends social enterprise and economic development with education and family supports. The in-depth knowledge of Southeast Asian and immigrant and refugee community, coupled with a commitment to economic advancement, is driving amazing outcomes and award winning programming.

We are caring alcohol and drug treatment centers serving the Saint Paul, MN area ready to answer all your addiction treatment and substance abuse questions around the clock. Admissions are by appointment after an initial telephone assessment. All calls are confidential and your privacy is guaranteed. In addition to our standard treatment and rehab programs, we offer inpatient and outpatient relapse prevention, holistic treatment, addiction recovery, detoxification and more. Our drug and alcohol abuse educational services include treatment counseling, recovery meetings, and group therapy.

Our vision is to provide transitional homes, along with a learning program, for women coming out of incarceration, so that they can be taught positive, life changing habits, to allow them to be more productive citizens.
