The purpose and objectives of SAFE-T shall be as follows: To serve as an employment service for Asian-Pacific and other people living in the State of Missouri, especially in the Independence and the Greater Kansas City Metropolitan areas, to inform, discuss needs of the unemployed and underemployed, and to provide service to all who wish to seek assistance for employment, training and education in order to improve marketability as a potential employee and or to upgrade current employment. To serve as a community resource for resolving problems of unemployment and underemployment. To foster and support the acceptance and development of adequate standards in the operation of public and private employment services in the State of Missouri. To provide other services for individuals and for
