The most negatively impacted students are those from poor families. ZSRP is set up to establish a scholarship fund to enable them to gain amission to colleges of their choice and to afford tuition and fees. This will be achieved by fundraising from donors of different descriptions. Students will be recruited mainly from Zimbabwe through references and recommendations. ZSRP's Board of Directors will manage the process of college admission, the disbursement of funds and maintenance of records. Criteria for admission into the Program have been spelt out. The Board has started fundraising actvities.
