CCN of NY is the largest CACFP Sponsor Agencies for New York State serving 1250+ family daycare homes in Queens, Brooklyn, Manhattan, Bronx and Staten Island as a NYS Department of Health CACFP Sponsor Agency (Child and Adult Care Food Program).
