The Anchor house does not receive any government assistance, so we rely on donors and fundraisers. Every month we pass out 250 sack lunches to the area homeless. Every quarter we organize a major distribution. Christmas Eve is blankets, tents, coats, hats, gloves, scarves, toys for the homeless children and more. Easter time we hand out filled Easter Baskets. Summer is T-shirts filled with seasonal clothing, food and personal hygiene and Fall is seasonal clothing, food and personal hygiene supplies. 2015 is the year we expect to begin housing homeless individuals and families.
