TCRA is a local, independent group in the city of Tallmadge, assisting residents, who are cancer patients, in every way possible. This association is NOT affiliated with any other organization. We are a nonsectarian, nonpolitical, nonprofit 501(c)3 association. Clients are referred to us by doctors, clergy, family, or friends. Anyone may refer a client to us without embarrassment to themselves, the client, or the family. There is no investigating committee. TCRA merely checks to see if assistance is desired. For every client, we research financial assistance to assure that TCRA is not the sole provider. We have worked with Stewart's Caring Place and other local agencies to provide additional care. Some clients do not require financial assistance, but most are grateful for companionship
