My name is Nadiyah Yemi Khalid. I am the President/CEO of Epiphany Womens Foundation . The company was started 10/9/2010.There are many reasons for this foundation and why this issue is passionate to my life and the life of many others worldwide. I am the victim and SURVIVOR of domestic violence.I lived a life of continuous emotional, physical, mental and psychological domestic violence abuse. This turmoil of events effected my children, family, and of course "My Life" in EVERYWAY. My Foundation promotes:
1. Education about our mission statement and visonary statement who is Epiphany Womens Foundation is.
2. Provide community resources for women, men, and children that are in this need of services/emergency services..
3. Explain what domestic Violence is and he Success stories that evolve for greatness.
4. Explains the importance of self healing, self empowerment, behavorial tools of domestic violence, community support services, support and counseling groups, and programs that will be incorporated within the foundation to help people achieve goals that will restore their lives and make success stories.
5. Epiphany Womens Foundation is now a legal entity registered with the Internal Revenue Service effective March 17, 2014. Our foundation does have a tax I.D. number, however at this time we are not a liberty to accept charitable donations at this time.

We know how overwhelming drug and alcohol addiction can be for individuals, their families and loved ones. As a chronic disease, we see the negative toll addiction can have on patients, but this only motivates us to create more effective long-term treatment plans.
At Treatment Center Ohio of Parma, we will develop a treatment plan based on the patient's background. After we complete a full assessment, our patients will go through an extensive drug and alcohol treatment program.
Our professional counselors, physicians, and case managers are dedicated to helping residents of Parma beat addiction and continue on a long-term path to recovery.
