Master aerospace welder with over 35 years' experience in the fields of metal welding, manufacturing, quality assurance, design, training and program management. Over 30 years' experience working with customers on projects and/or programs which are in the beginning stages or are having problems. I work closely with machining, material, and equipment suppliers to implement a plan and schedule for the best success possible. During my time in the industry, I've had the opportunity to work with customers in all facets of the aerospace industry in areas such as bellows, tubing, tanks, pressure vessels, ducting, hose assemblies, piping and titanium weldments. The materials used in these aerospace products are titanium, 718 Inconel, 625 Inconel, 321 stainless steel, 17-4 PH, 250 Haynes, Columbium, and aluminum. Material thickness range 0.005" to 1.000". Plans may include designing weld preps, titanium weld repairs, designing tooling and/or equipment.
