For over 25 years, Koteen Associates has served two markets: First, we serve our Client Companies as they go forth to seek additions to staff, primarily at mid-senior levels; Next, we serve the Candidate market as they seek to take the next step or seek Career Strategy for and with their careers. Our expertise is in the IT sector of the Technology market, within a wide spectrum of skill sets. We work both on both "in house" positions and with Consulting firms. Our positions are both staff and management. We take great pride in treating our candidates as though they'd come to us for Career Strategy and assistance with their job search. Also, we take pride in assisting our Client Companies as they seek to retain candidates, or make decisions in their hiring process.
