There are many things which make Brian different from other computer repair and support companies. First of all Brian is trained and Microsoft certified. Many small repair companies are not tested and certified. When Brian first meets a customer he works to get an idea of how the customer uses the computer and their level of their computer skills. This allows him to advise them on the best course of action on a repair or to purchase new equipment.
