With Cortex all you need to do is place a phone call to us and we will schedule an appointment for your pick-up or in-home service, and we take care of the rest. We will make sure that we get our customers approval before performing any repairs. We also offer fixed prices so even if your repair takes four hours you still pay the same price. After your computer is repaired we call you to schedule a convenient return time so we can have the smallest impact on the flow of your day.
