How Did We Get Here GDC – Global Data Consultants – was formed in 1995 to provide application development services to enterprise companies in central Pennsylvania. The principals combined their talents to excel in the delivery of enterprise quality IT solutions to companies of all sizes in a variety of industries serving commercial and government sectors. To maintain quality of service our footprint has grown to accommodate the needs of our customers. We currently maintain six (6) locations throughout the United States with new locations slated in the future to support our sales and service agreement initiatives.
