If our system detects a problem it alerts the person or people you designate so they can take corrective action. Our remote monitoring service also supports escalation notifications. We support Windows server monitoring as well Linux and networking devices. Our service is fully redundant with monitoring servers located on the East and West coast with auto fail-over.
