Serving 20 communities with a Fiber driven network just outside the Fort Dodge, Iowa area: Pilot Mound, Boxholm, Lanyon, Paton, Churdan, Farnhamville, Gowrie, Somers, Moorland, Knierim, Barnum, Clare, Thor, Badger, Vincent, Lake City, Rockwell City, Manson and Duncombe. Webster-Calhoun Cooperative Telephone Association was incorporated in 1954 and currently has approximately 3300 members from 16 communities in rural north central Iowa. As a cooperative it is locally based, owned by all its members, and at a reasonable cost provides the best possible service to all of its subscribers.
