C.A.S.P.E.R. is an LED Sign on steroids. LED Signs have proven to be very effective at spreading information. This is also extremely useful during AMBER Alerts and other missing or wanted person alerts. The second feature C.A.S.P.E.R. includes is significant for Non-Profit Organizations.
