At Custom Flipz our mission is to give back to the community by providing affordable housing with a "custom" fit and design that accommodates people of diverse financial backgrounds. Our purpose is to help families who have a small budget obtain the maximum value for their dollar when purchasing a home. By offering low income individuals the option to custom design a home including rentals we are giving people the sense of accomplishment, which we hope will allow people to have pride in where they live causing them to better maintain the property and neighborhoods. Our main focus is not to make the most profit but to help the most people.
