Ames, IA - ???Pazzesco Pasta and Chophouse??? opened July 26th in the former Broiler location at 6008 W. Lincolnway in Ames, IA. Pazzesco will feature Italian dishes such as Spaghetti with Sugo Sauce, Lasagna, Fettuccini Alfredo, and homemade Meatballs and Italian Sausage all prepared in the Pazzesco kitchen. The menu will also offer several steak options with meat that will be cut by hand. The steaks will be offered two ways, either charcoal-grilled or pan-broiled in a delicious brown butter sauce. Pazzesco is the creation former of Nevada High School (???84) and Iowa State (???88) graduate Chris Patterson. After over 20 years of criss-crossing the country and working every restaurant job from dishwasher to President and COO of a major chain, Patterson is coming home.
