Dr. Constantine graduated from University of Michigan; interned at Harper Hospital, Detroit. He joined Dr. Miller in practice in Harrisville MI, county seat of Alcona County. The doctor was married to Anne and they had two sons, John and Peter. They establised Harrisville Hospital, second floor of a building next to the Reibow's Hardware. It was across the alley from the Yockey Brothers store, later law office of J. Russell (Rip) Hughes and Hughes sold it to Attorney James Cook. (Both Hughes and Cook served as Alcona County Prosecuting Attorney and later as Alcona Probate Judge both were legal advisors to Dr. Constantine) Doc would travel to far parts of the county to deliver babies.
