CrossFit is the sport of fitness. CrossFit Fusion's program challenges the body and is completely scaleable and easily modied. The CrossFit program is guaranteed to improve cardiovascular endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordinatin, accuracy, agility, and balance. Workouts are short and intense. No two workouts are alike. You'll never be bored again working out. Classes are small and instructed by a certified CrossFit instructor. It's like gettting a one-on-one session in a small group setting working out with other members doing the same posted workout of the day.
