My Expediter will obtain a survey of your home and verify that your home and any additions, sheds, fences, pools, use issues, etc. are in compliance with current zoning regulations. My Expediter will review the interior of your home for smoke / carbon monoxide detectors, railings, fireproof sheet rock over your heating system, etc. If required we can obtain architectural floor plans and or engineering plans stamped, sealed, and signed.
