Formed in 2006, we've grown into the largest and most respected organizations in Virginia in educating individuals on proper nutrition for their families who are concerned about obesity, diabetes, heart disease and other food related illnesses, especially where children are concerned. Since child obesity has tripled since the early '80's, our mission is to create a safe, nurturing, learning environment where individuals are motivated to live healthier lifestyles.
