Pasadena Service Federal Credit Union was originally created in 1936 by teachers from Pasadena Junior College (now Pasadena City College) to serve educators. Through the years of growth, Pasadena Service FCU began to offer its membership to all staff members and students of Pasadena City College, the Pasadena Unified School District, Fuller Theological Seminary, Pasadena's private schools, and employees of businesses in Pasadena and surrounding cities. In February of 2006, we underwent a name change from Pasadena Schools FCU to Pasadena Service FCU. The name change came hand in hand with our evolution into a community charter-based credit union.
