Alternatives has been providing Professional Fiduciary services since 2001. Sally has been a nurse since 1979, with extensive experience in geriatric care, home care, Hospice and inpatient psychiatric care for adults and adolescents. Sally and the Alternatives Team specialize in providing financial fiduciary services for clients with mental health diagnosis. In addition, Sally has extensive business skills and post graduate education in several therapeutic counseling approaches, which assist her and the Alternatives team to work with clients; to involve them in their financial decision making and support them and their families to participate as they are able. Our team is available to consult with parents, spouses and adult children who have accepted appointments as agent, conservator, personal representative or trustee for another. We will assist you to set up appropriate bookkeeping and to prepare annual accountings or answer procedural questions and serve as a resource.
