We work with law firms specializing in association law to obtain possession of properties that are vacant and tied-up in lengthy foreclosures. We rehab those properties and rent them out to improve cash flow for the association. Tenant rent is paid directly to the homeowners association and those monies are used to pay back past-due assessments, late fees, legal fees and penalties that remain unpaid by the previous owner.
