Liberty Title Company began operating in October 1993 with its first branch location opening in Winter Park, Florida. While the branch brought some measure of success, primarily serving mortgage brokers and lenders, the owners realized that there was a need for a more “ hands on” management approach as well as expansion of its client base. In January of 1997, Debbie Hammons, an experienced manager and closing professional was hired as President and Managing Partner with the goal of overseeing the day to day operations and to seek expansion opportunities. Liberty Title Company currently has 3 branches located in Winter Park, Mt. Dora and Port St. John and is continuously searching for opportunities to expand to other real estate markets. The closing staff and their assistants are top notch professionals who will always go the extra mile for a client to “get the deal done”.
