I have a PhD in Mammilian toxicology which is human toxicology with the ability to extrapolate from animal studies to humans. I have been working if forensic toxicology for over twenty years. I have testified in cases somewhere around 1000 times and in County, District and Federal courts. At this point I consult primarily in alcohol and drug cases. In the past I have also worked on cases involving many other toxins. My consulting and testimony is in both in criminal as well as civil cases, although I will consult in non-legal area such as product development. For legal work I ask to work directly with the attorney which saves the plaintiff or defendant money.
