After retiring as a biology teacher, I took photography classes and developed an artistic approach to adjusting my digital images. The results frequently look like water colors. I have taken many workshops to improve my photographic skills and enjoy capturing the beauty of nature with many sizes of lenses. Macro photography is especially challenging and pleasing. I print the images on fine art paper with archival ink, but also have printing professionals transfer my images onto canvas. I feel my photographic product is very unique and adds creativity and style to one's decor. My new venture includes production of 4 x 4 and 6 x 6 porcelain tiles that can be used as trivets, wall art, back splashes for the bath and kitchen, mosaics, and decorative trays. These are heat resistant tiles.
