After working together for several years for a Civil Engineering & Land Surveying firm in Napanoch, NY, Al Mercurio, Bill Norton, and John Tarolli decided to venture out on their own. Mercurio-Norton-Tarolli, Land Surveying - Engineering was founded in 1982 in Pine Bush, New York. In January 2010, Larry Marshall became a partner and the company name was changed to Mercurio-Norton-Tarolli-Marshall Engineering & Land Surveying. Primarily working within Orange, Sullivan and Ulster Counties, MNTM will provide survey and civil engineering work throughout New York State. Equipped with the latest robotic surveying equipment, Mercurio-Norton-Tarolli-Marshall provides fast and accurate surveying services.
