We teach companies the Inspired Innovations process that we developed. Over 40 years experience leading development organizations to technology domination. Resulted in industry high ROS for each firm we supported (GE Plastics, Textron Automotive and Magna Int'l.). This process plus pay-for-performance allowed me to retire at the age of 51. The process has generated over 850 patents since 1987. I am the inventor of 47 patents. I and the teams I led have won over a dozen International Engineering Society Awards for Best New Products or Manufacturing Processes, an American Product Excellence Award, a Popular Science Best New Product of the Year Award and other Industry Association Magazine Awards.
