Don Voigt is a professional engineer with 30 years' experience in water treatment equipment applications. As a consultant to public utility owners, operators and engineers his goal is to design systems that use less energy, cost less to operate and utilize equipment that gives the best value for its initial cost and life cycle. As of April, 2010, Mr. Voigt has earned the title of Certified Energy Manager from the Association of Energy Engineers.
