All of Burton's projects are approached individually. Design solutions are a synthesis of the client's needs and desires, budget, code requirements, and engineering principles. A typical project will begin with a preliminary phase. During this phase, Burton will gather information from the client and the project site to create concept drawings. These drawings are then reviewed with the client and adjusted as required to meet the client's wishes. After the client's approval of the preliminary drawings, detailed construction documents are created. These drawings are used for bidding, building permit application and construction by your general contactor.
