Will work with the owner to establish a detailed design program. Will compare the program to the owners budget to be sure it can be done. Will design the project getting the owner envolved at each phase of the project. Will put the project out to bid for the owner. Will watch over construction to see that the building is constructed according to codes and quality. Will inspect the construction until final acceptance is completed. A building can be either a conventional building or a green building.
