North Coast Engineering, Inc. (NCE), a California Corporation, was founded in 1979 by Mr. Steven J. Sylvester, a civil engineer registered in the State of California. NCE staff at present consists of 19 engineers, surveyors, technicians and support staff. For over 30 years, NCE has provided a broad spectrum of civil engineering, land surveying, land planning and project management services for local and regional projects.
