Garland Land Surveying, Inc., (GLS) is a Certified Small Business cadastral land surveying company that provides professional land surveying services to a variety of government Garland familyagencies and private sector clients all over Montana, Idaho and Colorado. Being based in beautiful Missoula, Montana we primarily concentrate on work in Western Montana and within the Panhandle of Idaho. Additional reasons for creating GLS were due to Jeremy experience working at many different Land Surveying companies over the past 15 years. Jeremy was constantly seeing clients pushed back on scheduling and not being valued for their current project timeline and project needs. GLS prides themselves on being able to provide solutions to these typical problems our industry has unfortunately become known for. If we cant meet the needs of our clients, we simply will not take the project on. To date there is not a project GLS has taken on where these needs haven’t been met. GLS houses a group of mountain-loving surveyors who have worked in Western Montana, Idaho and Colorado for most of their careers. GLS employees are trained to utilize the latest technology offered in land surveying field equipment as well as office software.
