Eastern Testing and Inspection Corp. (ETI), is an affiliate of the SK&A Group. We provide construction materials testing and inspection services. We perform field monitoring of structural construction work, specialty concrete testing, and field and laboratory testing of construction materials by experienced, certified inspectors and engineers, under the direct supervision of its vice president/general manager, and principal engineers. ETI is a self-certified small business. Our inspection and testing personnel are fully trained, competent and experienced, and certified under the appropriate ICC, ICRI, WACEL, ACI, ASNT and AWS inspector/technician categories. Our laboratory facility is accredited by WACEL, CCRL & AMRL and certified by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
