The Chattanooga facility represents a major investment for Alstom in the U.S. This new facility will allow Alstom to be closer to its North American clients and reply to the growing needs of the American energy market. We are aiming at building the most efficient, cleanest and integrated manufacturing facility. The Chattanooga facility is being designed and constructed as a low carbon footprint factory, in line with Alstom's strategy for sustainable operations.
