If you are having a remodel or demo done to a building, by Washington State law you need it inspected by an AHERA building inspector for the presence of asbestos containing building materials. Before any work starts, unless the building is made of glass, wood, or metal ONLY, or you are considering it all asbestos containing, it must get inspected. Both the contractor and building owner could be fined $250 minimum daily, which can compound. We are family owned, local, proudly drug free, honest and dependable. All samples are analyzed by PLM (polarized light microscopy) as required.
