Mark R. Graham manages and controls resources in specific departments such as IT, engineering, public relations, or marketing, and allotting technical tasks. One of Mark’s main responsibilities is to direct the work of individuals with the project manager. He directs technical tasks to individuals from that functional area who are working on the project. During the project management plan and schedule development, he is supposed to approve of the final schedule and also the final project management plan to be implemented. Based on his expertise, he makes suitable recommendations for changes to the project, including corrective actions and managing activities within their functional areas. He holds a complete understanding of all areas of the venue so that when required, he can handle any issues that may arise in any other department, and be able to perform opening and closing procedures in each of these departments. Mark received the degree of Master of Business Administration from the University of Kansas in 2003 and a bachelor's degree from the University of Kansas School of Business in 2001. He graduated high school from Blue Springs High School in 1990.
