HCCS Clients learn how to choose the right occupation whether it is for the first time or changing careers. The resources we provide our clients guide them through the process of selecting the occupation that is most suitable for them. An Action Plan is devised which starts by choosing an occupation to becoming employed in that occupation to reaching long-term career goals. We teach our clients how to get along with bosses and co-workers, as well as advise them on laws that protect them at work, when they are job hunting or if they lose their job. HCCS Clients have "Life Time Status" from start to finish. Career advancement encompasses everything from the time one begins their career to the time one retires.
